This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and governs the relationship between ALPHACON LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Agent") and individuals and legal entities providing their personal data for the purpose of the Agent providing services for concluding contracts for payment, financial, and other services with banks, payment organizations, and other business entities providing services in various fields of entrepreneurial activity.

Accessing or using the Agent's website constitutes consent and unconditional acceptance of this Policy.

1. General Provisions

1.1 The USER fully and unconditionally agrees to the processing of personal data by the Agent when filling out the Application on the Agent's website and providing other documents.

1.2 The USER's consent means that they:

Are fully acquainted with, agree to, and accept all the terms of this Policy as stated, without any conditions, exceptions, or reservations, and undertake to comply with them;
Are legally capable and confirm their legal right to enter into contractual relations with the Agent, as well as with banks, payment organizations, and other business entities providing services in various fields of entrepreneurial activity;
Have provided accurate, valid, and complete information when registering on the Agent's website;
Have provided the Agent with documents containing accurate information about the USER.

2. Provision and Processing of Personal Data

2.1 The USER provides the Agent with personal data for processing, as well as other documents necessary for concluding contracts with banks, payment organizations, and business entities providing services in various fields of entrepreneurial activity.

2.2 The purpose of providing personal data and documents by the USER is for the Agent to provide services to the USER for concluding contracts for payment, financial, and other services with banks, payment organizations, and business entities providing services in various fields of entrepreneurial activity, as well as for storing the USER's data in the Agent's database.

2.3 Personal data refers to any information recorded on electronic, paper, or other material media, directly or indirectly related to the USER, including but not limited to:

Name and details of the organization (TIN, address, phone number, email, type of activity, bank details);
License information (permitted activities, number and date of issue, validity period, scanned copy attachment);
Information about the manager (full name, passport details, phone number, email, PINFL);
Data on shareholders/founders of the organization (full name/name of the shareholder/founder, registration number/PINFL, shareholding, residency, passport);
Other information related to the USER that allows for their identification.

The list of information related to personal data and other documents required for concluding a contract is determined by the Agent in agreement with banks, payment organizations, and business entities providing services in various fields of entrepreneurial activity and is communicated to the USER.

2.4 The USER provides consent for any lawful actions regarding their personal data that are necessary or desirable to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. The Agent processes personal data by performing actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) using automation tools or without such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

2.5 The USER acknowledges and confirms that the Agent has the right to disclose information about the USER (including personal data) to third parties, their employees, and other authorized persons to the extent necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, as well as to provide such persons with relevant documents containing such information.

2.6 The USER hereby expresses consent and permits the Agent to transfer their personal data for processing to third parties in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data."

3. Rights and Obligations of the USER

3.1 The USER is obliged to:

3.1.1 Provide accurate, precise, and complete personal data and documents.

3.1.2 Not post and/or transmit through the Site any information that may harm other visitors to the site, violate their rights, and legitimate interests.

3.1.3 Not impersonate another person or act on behalf of another person, and not mislead the Agent regarding their identity.

3.2 The USER has the right to:

3.2.1 Provide additional personal data and documents about themselves or present modified (updated) data and documents at the request of the Agent for processing.

3.2.2 Clarify their personal data, request their blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

3.3 Obligations of the Agent:

3.3.1 Process the USER's personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.3.2 Take all necessary measures to protect the USER's personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

3.4 The Agent has the right to:

3.4.1 Provide access to the USER's personal data to the Agent's employees and third parties who need this information for the proper provision of services.

3.4.2 Use the personal data provided by the USER for the purposes specified in clause 2.2 of the Policy, as well as at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, and in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1 The Parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this Policy in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Final Provisions

5.1 This Policy comes into force from the moment the USER's consent is obtained in accordance with the terms reflected in the Policy and their acceptance of its terms.

5.2 The USER's withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data must be made in writing and sent by email to info@alphacon.uz.

5.3 The Agent has the right to unilaterally make changes and/or additions to this Policy. Changes and additions, as well as the new version of the Policy, are posted on the Agent's website at www.alphacon.uz.
